It's not going to fill the freezer but considering how hard its been to find crappie on Lake Lewisville, its a step in the right direction. Hit the marinas yesterday (5-8pm) and managed to catch 6 keeper crappie. 5 females (full of eggs) and 1 male. Most were caught in the 4-8 FOW range with 1 coming in the 15-20 FOW range.
Also caught my share of dinks but it was nice to finally put some meat in the freezer. Its crazy how much LL has come up and I believe with this mornings rain it "might" be full. AWESOME.
You cant teach greatness.
