Anyone In here sleep separate beds from their significant other?

My best girl and I have been staying at her dads while we try to buy a house. It is a bit cramped with three kids but we all have been getting along. The bed we have been sleeping in is a small full size bed. We are use to sleeping in a king bed and the smaller bed is a bit cozy.

Anyway we had a kid free weekend and went to Coleto for some fishing. We stayed at Coleto Cabins which are very clean and nice. There are two beds in the cabin and we each had a bed to ourselves all weekend. We both agreed it was the best two nights sleep we have had in months. We might try the separate bed thing when we finally find a house.

Anyone here do the separate bed thing?

We have been married 21 years, I sleep in separate room most of the time. All that rubbing on each other got old years ago.

We have slept in a king size bed forever. Just close enough and just far enough away.

Ya gotta quit doing the wild thing in the small beds, that's all.

My wife and I have been in separate beds for over 2 years now, I snore like a chorus of chainsaws, and it was so bad she could not sleep, now she sleeps well and so do I. Mama is happy so everyone is happy

My wife and I are in the same bed because I sleep with a CPAP machine on. No snoring for me.

I'll sleep in the front bedroom sometimes maybe once or twice a week. My girlfriend is a ninja when she sleeps and I'm 6'2" so it's a touch combination sometimes.

I don't sleep worth a carp if DW's not snoring beside me.

Been married for 20 and sleeping in separate beds for the last 7. I was going to say snore like a 50 ton locomotive but I like you description.

Yes. She has to take medicine to sleep and I snore like an angry bear.
She has to work and needs her sleep.
If she does not get her sleep, she acts like an angry bear.

I don't snore, I just dream that I'm a motorcycle.

Beds are for two things. Since only one thing ever happens, two beds would be great. I will be trying to clear my head and fall asleep and she will be going over the list of things to do the next day which makes it hard to clear the head and go to sleep.
