 First time out!!!!

Well I finally got my first kayak, and took it out for the first time yesterday. UNBELIEVABLE!!! It was the most peaceful relaxing time Ive had in a very long time. So serene out there on the water, eye level with nature. I even caught a 2lb bass on my second cast. I cant waith to get out there again. And eventually get comfortable enough to take it out and meet up with a few of yall fellow kayakers.

Glad you enjoyed it! It's addicting.
One suggestion - get a paddle leash if you don't have one. Relieves the anxiety of it floating (or sinking) away.

Welcome to the addiction!
In the past years I have caught WAY better bass from my yak than I ever did back in the day tooling around in my dad's Skeeter...and did it so much cheaper and hassle free.

Welcome aboard! Friend got the same yak as you a few months back & he's digging it. Quite the fishing platform & the seat is great.
I got into Kayak fishing as alternative way to get on the water after selling my bass boat & I surprised by how much I enjoy the Kayaking part.
