Very nice ties and good colors! Since your doing thread necks maybe should try a white head with big black eye, red thread and a black and fl yellow tail and coule probably excange the fl yellow with fl chart. But they work and work well. This is what I know as a Popeye jig.

I had no idea how good that could be until one day maybe 6 or 7 years ago when I got tired of tying one afternoon about 4 PM. I went down to my bank which I had never crappie fished before that and in a hour in the same spot I got 10 really nice ones. Needed a few more for a fish fry that weekend so next day went right back there and got 6 more to go with the first 10 and had a good fry that weekend! All caught on that little 1/32 oz jig tight lining in fl yellow and black and also is very good under a bobber!
