 Help with 997 downloading waypoints off sd card

Need some help. I have saved all my way points and tracks on to a sd card and deleted them off of my graph. When I go to download them back on my graph it only downloads my tracks. I have them on a 128mb card so I know it is small enough for the 997. I was able to download the lake fork boat lanes this week. So I don't have a clue what the problem is. Took it to bass pro and they

one way i could think is for you to open it on humminbird PC. upload from the sd card to the pc an check that your waypoints are there and to a backup.
then try to download again.

I have downloaded them to the Humminbird pc and back on the card so I know they are on there. I was also able to download them to a buddies graph. Which was a mistake lol.

have you called hummingbird yet? they are usually really helpful and most of the time its only a couple min. wait to talk to someone.
