We have a daughter getting married this weekend. She bought a 2014 Equinox from Moritz last summer. It starred having a minor issue on her way to work yesterday. She wanted to get it looked at before they headed to San Antonio after wedding. She called Moritz yesterday and explained it all. They told her to be there this morning. They gave her a loaner and expedited the service.

She goes to get it and they had ran it through a super throw down detail plus left a card with a nice gift card in it as a wedding gift. They told her they wanted to wish her a happy wedding. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Believe me I know the good and the bad in the auto industry and Monte Coon and Moritz are the good , no doubt about it. All of my NAPA program vehicles will come from Monte as long as he's in the business

Car was not broke, just had a slight issue with warning lights. It was looked at, corrected and has been flawless since. They drove car to San Antonio after the wedding with zero issues.

I was joking, but I'm glad it worked out.
