Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll buy a kayak, get a camera and post religious videos on a "FISHING FORUM". Thanks, Guess I didn't know all the breadth, length and depth stuff. I feel all better now though, I think I may just have been saved. Cheers, George

Thanks Again Everyone and i have to admit I'm posting this to see what my signature looks like Im Still Learning.
Genesis 9:2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea;into your hand are they delivered.

You know, George, the thing that escapes you is that none of the negative comments about the video are about the content. And all of the positive comments ARE about the content. This is, after all, the Texas Fishing Forum, and Texas is still in the Bible belt. If you look around, you will find that quite a few of these great guys (and gals) have references to God and the Bible in their signatures. It's part of who we are. Seeing someone say out loud that they believe in God and want to share what He means to them doesn't offend us. I know that in NM, you can lose your livelihood and even go to jail for living by your faith. Not in TX. At least not yet. It's probably coming, but not yet. It's said that for evil to triumph, all that is needed is for good men to do nothing. I choose not to do nothing. Not that I am good, I'm not. But I'm trying. And as much as I want to be snide, as your post seems to come across, I'm fighting that, too. So stick around. You may find that some of the guys that love God, and people, and fishing, aren't as bad as you've heard.

TheAbundantlife...on this very forum, Don has time and again proven himself to be a deceitful person about his fishing abilities and his guiding business. He has invented FB pages about his guiding business using made up stories and stolen pictures; some of the pics he stole were photos belonging to members of this forum. \ Scripture leads us all to forgive, and Lord knows, we all make mistakes; I get that. But Mr. Hull has yet to come on to this forum and either explain himself or apologize for his deceit. I suggest you not associate yourself, or causes that you care about, with Don. At least not on this forum. Just felt obliged to inform you of that...Bert PS: If you are a friend of Don's please relay to him that I would like to interview him for my blog ( Lone Star Chronicles ). Perhaps he can use the opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings we may have, or maybe even apologize for his deceitful ways. He can reach me through my blog's "Contact Us" link or you can PM me in his behalf.

I want to thank you Artie for your post. I wanted to address the previous comment, however I am afraid I might have been somewhat politically offensive. If I recall right there was a Man many years ago that came to visit, and teach us as well stand in our place. He also was told not to associate with a certain character of people held in disdain. I want to go on record to thank Capt. Jumpin John for the pleasant video. I do not see where John did any thing offensive and I can even listen to the might have been saved dig. I hope that maybe the realization would not be a "might being saved" statement , (which appears to be a connotation form of negative deception), but rather a fact to comment about. If I have misinterpreted that comment . I stand to be corrected. Sorry and apologize for the soap box, but if I recall the video was about his recent decision followed by a fishing trip. Thanks again John , Ken Matthew 4:19 talks about fisherman by profession, being requested to become fishers of men
