I don't know, but I am virtually sure it is full. Every lake other than Fork in the area is full. We were on Holbrook weeked before last and water was going over the spillway. Cypress Springs is above normal with water going over the spillway into Sandlin. Sandlin itself is now within a couple of inches of being full, too.
