My child has accepted a job this summer working for a fly shop at Yellowstone NP. I thought I had a cool summer job during college, but I think this one has mine beat.
Let's see, spending the summer at Yellowstone fishing, hiking, and working in a fly shop. Sounds like a dream job to me...
Can I go back to college????
Please!!!

I'm pretty flexible, almost any college will do.... Oh, you probably mean which shop... It is in Gardiner at the north entrance to the park.

That would be so cool, and so much fun. I can't remember any of my summer jobs...that's how awesome they were.

All that and a pay check, too - how cool is that !

I started fly fishing just before a co-op job at the Jenny Lake Lodge Company in the Tetons. We actually lived in the park which made access quite easy. We all got passes to the park which allowed for travel between both the Tetons and Yellowstone. One of the best jobs I've ever had.

When I worked in Alaska, I found the job on Coolworks.com. Employers post this type of job and many, many more types of jobs. There are jobs for retirees, too!
If a person, no matter their age or stage in life, has an adventurous spirit, he or she could work anywhere in the US, or anywhere in the world, for that matter.
