I'm hooked on the Ducketts, but I was wondering what yall thought on the action or length on cranking rods. I usually like to throw 8-12 foot cranks. Any help is appreciated, thanks

RPM magnum cranking special. It's 7'11" of awesome. You can throw a crank a mile with it. Shoot me a pm and I can save you 25%.

Dobyns Champion 764CB RM

This is a fantastic rod for throwing the cranks you mentioned.

Duckett 7.6MH cranking Rod. Great rod for mid divers and the occasional 6xds/DD22s....

The best all around crankin rod for me is the Power Tcakle PGC170 7'0" it can handle everything from traps to 10XD yes a 10xd and you can throw it all day and not wear yourself out. This is the same Rod Keith Combs uses.

Another vote for the Dobyns 764 CB RM. GREAET ROD for this purpose, it is what I use for my shallow and medium diving CBs. Built perfectly for it. I know you like Duckett, but I like Dobyns, so hope this helps.

Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
