Just wondering if you can still launch a boat on it?

Selma park yes.
The new side is a different story. If you cant get your boat thru the tunnel as it's about 6" you have to launch off of the old highway that is further west of the boat ramp. It is the old highway that use to run right down the new side. Its a long tappered road, just back way in, i launched my 22' bay boat.

As you come across the dam, about a 1/2 mile down the old boat ramp is on the left, go past that about another 1/4 of a mile and you will see a road to your left, turn there and go all the way down till you get to the lake, you will see a spot on the right where you can turn around and just back way down. I would recommend taking someone with you or pack you some rubber boots otherwise your gonna get wet. Hopefully all this rain has it up just enough that you can launch at Selma and you can skim thru the tunnel.

Valentines day I launched at Selma Park. It helped having a partner so as not to have to wade to get the boat off the trailer. Also there were about 5 boats and me that went thru the tunnel. I went thru with the big motor and didn't hit a thing. 20 foot skeeter. Good luck. Only caught one fish that day.
