Finally got my two fish mounts back yesterday and they look awesome in my office at the house. The small mouth was up in Northern Wisconsin and she went 6.5 Lbs, my brother and I were with a guide on lake Hayward (I believe this is right) and we were smashing 4-6 Lb Small mouth on TOPWATERS till we finally gave out and said "I am done" greatest fishing day I have ever had!! I bet we had at least 5-6 that were over 6Lbs. The Large Mouth was a 10.8 Lber caught with Mark Pack on Lake Fork back last summer. On this day we had 5 fish that would have gone 43Lbs, the second best day on the water for me! Both are still swimming the waters they came out of, these are replicas. Thanks to Fish Scale Taxidermy out of Waco for the fine job.

That's awesome! The mounts look great too. I would love to get into some giant smallies like that!

Those are nice. I am lucky. My wife is an artist and sees that as art so she is always excited if I catch or kill something worth getting mounted. She loves that stuff. Waiting on a ram mount now and looking at getting a monster black crappie I caught done next.

If you were to see the opposite side of the largemouth and compare to the side shown above on the mount, the center stripes / blotches are dam near the same, the guy did a heck of a job. I have a couple other mounts and these are by far better. Also, The lake we caught the Smallie on was Long Lake in Wisconsin my brother said.
