You're laying down some pretty awesome colors. The greenish color...is it over foil? Can you get a picture of the back and belly of the bait? Very nice....You are the Picasso of colors OMG

appreciate the compliment. you guys only get to see the good stuff. some of the fails are epic. the colors are all createx. nothing special. white base coat, transparent black everywhere except the top of the head, medium size scale mask, pearl lime on the bottom half, pearl green on top half and back section of the top (not the head), pearl blue on the head, remove the mask, brite yellow on the belly, transparent brite red dots. devcon2 clear coat.

Great pictures.....really like the pearl lime color but it's a bear to shoot. Transparent black under pearl green really pops...good choice.

i really reduce it with 4010 reducer to the point of being like ink and shoot a bunch of light coats. so far it hasn't given me any trouble. i do like the different effects you can get shooting it over various base colors. another fav is pearl blue and pearl green. and a blue that really looks good is metallic blue sapphire from folkart but it's a little tricky and tends to dry in the brush.

Folkart...hmmmm. I like the metallic color selection. Priced right too. How does it spray? Do you thin it, if so with what?

yep. i re-mix it in another bottle at about 50/50 with distilled water. when i get ready to use it i put an amount in cup on the brush and reduce with 4010 reducer to about an ink/skim milk consistency. so far it's worked very well.
i reduce all the folkart, apple barrel, and anitas acrylics from hobby lobby the same way. those paints tend to dry more quickly in the brush than the createx so keep an eye on the tip drying.
i just got some pledge to try and see what it does to the flow. it's supposed to really improve it so we'll see.

I haven't had any problems out of folk art or Apple barrel paint and when it's 50 cents or a dollar it sure makes the decision hard to pick up just a few

Try using Createx Retarder to control the tip dry. When mixed well it helps a lot. As for using Pledge to improve paint flow....be sure to clean your airbrush very thoroughly when done. Pledge sets up hard and tight. I let a Master airbrush set up just a little dirty and ended up having to tear it down and clean it with denatured alcohol sick. Good stuff, just not good dried out in an airbrush!
