This is a prime example of why a lot of good information goes without being posted! People come on here and post things and all they get are ignorant smart a** answers. Anyways back to the topic! I've never personally had a problem with tackle warehouse!

I have made several orders with TW with no issues. I am wondering how did you talk to them when you called. I have found that nice (no matter who is a fault) usually wins the race faster than unloading on them with your frustration. And it is frustrating to receive an order and something is not right. But I have found if i call and talk nice to them, i get very good results. Just FYI

I've never had a bad experience with TW. For Tackle Warehouse to come to a problem with an effort to correct it is an example of customer service that surpasses many. I'm impressed!

I've never had any problems with Tackle Warehouse. Price matching something that they could verify has gone really smooth too.

I will say I haven't purchased any rods from them, but bought reels from them with no issues.
