I've seen the pictures of all the huge stripers that are being caught at Texoma. Just curious what is the water temperature ?

Should have added in my 1st post that Chris from Striper Express is catching most of the monsters . If you want a guide trip and want to use lures..........he is the guy ! Thanks for the update on water temp.

Old Coach I have went out with Chris a half dozen times and each time we loaded the cooler with meat. Rediculous fishing with a very cool cat.

Keep em tight!

Hey guys.. Can I ask a question, I'm interested on going striper fishing with a friend before he leaves for boot camp. He goes first week of April, any advice on when would be the best time to plan a trip to Texoma and if anyone knows a guide service that won't let us down? We live a long drive away and have never fished out there.

Go right before he leaves because the fish start hitting on top in late March. Use Striper Express, they are the best.
