Playin with a new chenille. One of the best peach's I've seen. Not real sure what to do with it. I thought it might work with a pink, not sold on this one  Tried it with the Truce !  Did ok with the punkin seed  Which of the 3 or throw out another combo for me.

I love the tail on the first one, but I realize you are asking about the Chennile, so I choose the bottom ones

You know I am thinking that is not a huge leap from Ginger, yes I know not all that close either, but I use a purple tail on Ginger and Kevin is a huge believer in that combo. I also do it with a Chrome or Silver head. Sometimes I will use Gold Holo flash, but other times I will use Silver Holo and not sure if either is better than the other. I do know Kevin seems to kill the crappie even deep using a 1/32 Oz jig and no matter if on one of the lakes around him or when he come here to The Bend, he killed them crappie! I know most tiers use a Blue tail with that Ginger, but I have had guys do better with Purple so I sure would try one of them when out fishing.
Other than that I am just not sure and will think on this a bit.

I think all three will catch fish, but of the three presented, I like the one with the chartreuse tail best. I can kind of see the resemblance to ginger that Skip is talking about, and as such, I might like a Fl. Light Blue tail.

As the color goes not for going out on the town but the baitfish look. White, blue, gray or any other will work with that chenille. Thing to remember soon it will baby crappie, bream, and the bass, when the water gets to about 70 it is minnows.

Roger, of the 3, I'm a sucker for chartreuse. Just lookin at the body, I'm thinking a tail mixed with pale pink (salmon) & yellow with the head maybe a pale pink, and you might have a pretty good Rosey Red imitation.

Third one works best for me. Top one is close to that rosy red minnow. For another combo, I'd think a medium brown tail or burnt orange tail with a burnt orange head.
