 8XD modification?

I picked up a couple of 8XD's to try in my go to colors and wondering if the split rings need changing and what size hooks to use as well, I usually change my 6XD hooks to triple grips. Just wondering if I should upsize the hooks and rings or not? Thanks

The 10xd has some pretty beefy hardware. I assume the 8xd does too but many like at least changing the hooks.

I dont usualy change on the 6xD on up but tripple grips the way to go if feel confident..
