Here you go! Fried crappie & fried squash. Also, some baked crappie wrapped in bacon, with calenders Greek seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, & horse radish mustard. Baked 10 minutes then broiled 10 minutes.

If you get some pretty big ones, try half-filleting some (skin and ribcages left on) and grilling them in a lemon-ginger glaze.

I hope those are pen raised quail or you just wiped out the entire quail population in Texas.

Only 247 left in the pen, give or take a few. All were hatched this spring.

It's not just you. The only reason I see to post pictures of cooked crappie is when you are furnishing a recipe and the pictures show the cooking process and the final product.

But if posting pictures of plates of food turns some on, so be it. I'm not paying for the bandwidth of this forum.
