I can't seem to find a good way to store all of my jigs. How do you guys store them? Are there any specialty boxes out there for them? I can't seem to find a way, or a box I like to keep them all in. Thanks for the input!

Since the skirts don't bleed colors, I just store them in a small rectangular tupperware box. I have flipping jigs in one and football head jigs in another one.

clear Plano 3600 box....a hint....if you change jigs.....before you cut the off the jig.....let out about 7' of line and "helicopter" your jig over your head.....this dries out the jig skirt and hook....I've found, if you don't, you stand a chance to have excess moisture in the box....moisture = rust.....

I have a 4 of the 3700 Plano boxes separated by weight with finesse up to 3/8 oz. in one box, 1/2 oz. in another box, 3/4 oz. in another box, and 1 oz and higher in another box.

Each box is separated by type & color pattern inside; football, casting, or flipping.

Pretty similar to this, but I don't have that many jigs
I have one 3700 with the jigs divided up in the compartments by the size/style.

The helicopter idea would be bad for me. Haha. It would slip out of my hands and go sailing away.

Also, I am of the 3700 camp. I use one for swim jigs, one for footballs, one for structure, one for "other". And then I have a shoe box size Tupperware container with trailers.

Same, although I use a generic divider Falcon box instead of a Plano since I use the Falcon FTO system. Falcon made a FTO box specifically for jigs, but it really doesn't work that well... won't hold finesse jigs secure, and won't fit football jigs at all. Pretty much a standard divider box is the way to go, regardless if Plano, Falcon, Flambeau, etc.

Back in the day when all I liked to throw were jigs I had a pretty good system, I had one box with all different size and color heads, in another box I kept my skirts, I would just build whatever jig I wanted at the time. I tried to not have too many made up at a time so I did not have a problem storing them.
