Water is clear up around the dam and main lake, but becomes cloudy the closer you got to Rogers Park. Water temperature ranges between 52 and 56 degrees and the water level is currently sitting at 12.68 feet low. A mix of Largemouth and Smallmouth are being caught and are in any where from 4 to 40 feet of water. Fished a club tournament there on Saturday and 15 plus pounds took first. There were also several really nice Largemouth in the 7 pound range and a few nice Smallmouth, with the biggest being just over 3 and a half pounds. The fish were being caught on a number of different bait, from Jigs to Crankbaits. Greens and natural colored baits seemed to work the best. Be safe on the lakes and always wear your PFD.
