OMG,  well, that's it. He's officially out as a 'fishing partner' I was taught, Golden Rule of any co-angler: You NEVER outfish the captain....  God Bless (looks like he had a great day - ever think of being a Guide?) Hey, wait a minute. It looks like ya'll got a LOT of water? True?

Yes Lee, I would love a SAL, my pb is 8.2#.
The lake here is just down about 5 ft. We went for Crappie and after an hour of no bite we started bass fishing. Have not fished the rivers here very much but will be going back more.
