Just wanted to let people know that I have been texting and/or calling about baits or in general...my phone is in the bottom of the lake so I have no numbers.
You can call or text 940-284-5824 until I can get by the store to get another phone...or email me on here or at bradshuflin@yahoo.com

If you had orders I'm needing to ship, I no longer have your phone number or address so please send them to that number or email.

Good news is I did catch some fish on my baits today in the tournament.

Good job on the fish. Not so on the phone. Now you know why my wallet and phone goes in a baggie and in the back back. Hope you didn't fall in the lake.

happens to everyone! Nice fish on your own baits, that's cool.

Was just one of those days for me caught 2 nice ones the first hour then no bites for 5 hours lost my phone overboard while trying to answer a phone call, threw a marker buoy over right where I dropped it and figured I would go overboard after the tournament was over. Moved to a totally different area and technique and wam started getting bit. Got 2 more 4 lber then more bad luck, had another 4-5lber wrap me around a dock pilling and I couldn't get him off ended up breaking the line. Retied and next cast hooked one and it went straight under the boat and was jumping on the opposite side of the boat. This was a first for me and I lost it another 3lber. Follow this up by going back to the spot I where I lost my phone and my marker buoy was gone. To top it all off I weighed in 16.94 with four fish and need like 1.5lbs to get a check and 3lbs to win

HOPEFULLY I have all my bad tournament luck out of the way for the year after this one.

well i guess i won't ask how the tournament went. what a day. going in after the phone might not have been the best idea, not to mention it was probably toast by that time. at least it wasnt 16 degrees with sleet and snow. you'll have to go back to the lake monday for that.

Sorry about you bad luck. Also you know its bad when people have to steal a marker buoy. On the bright side at least you didnt have to go diving

did you paint the bait in the pic. It looks like the brand I use. Is there red dots going down the side?

I painted that bait its a ghost splatter back no red dots on it. It's a real light transparent pearl white with transparent chartruse belly and black splatter. I had my biggest of the day on the first cast with that bait its a 2.5 square bill I painted the same pattern on some 1.5 and little john. I think that paint job is going to be in my normal inventory it looks great in the water. I threw the copper bone shad I painted Friday a little bit but no luck on it. On a positive note we had a ton of beautiful fish weighted in and most of the field was between 15 and 18lbs. This was a way better weight in than our tournament last febuary where 13lbs won
