I took my new boat out to Lake Worth to put some time on the motor. I decided to fish for about a hour and a half. We caught a dozen or so nice bass on Xcite squarebill crankbaits. No giants, biggest was close to 4lbs. We caught a limit sitting in one spot at the mouth of a pocket. It's been 2 years since I've been out there. I guess it's a better winter lake than it use to be.

Pics: ps if you'd like my page that would be great. Thanks

James you may have caught every fish in that lake today, and quite possibly, the same one multiple times. Nice boat, good luck on the tour.

You did great - it's been tough for me the last few times on Worth.

In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

Thanks Brent. Steep banks with rocks was the key today. Dock on those banks make it even better.
