I accidentally caught a blue on a minnow in 26 fow. I always see guys running trot lines in the stumps

That's good they have Blues in there.
Trying to get a backup lake and plan. In case the ramps at Ivie.
Close down due to low water.
Have only Crappie fished Leon at La'Mancha. Know nothing what so ever
about the lake other than that.
What area of the lake are the Stumps located by the way.

I hear ya, I'm going to try and get to ivie soon before it closes and bass fish. You can put your boat in at chock o block and you'll be in the stumps. You should give phantom a shot it has tons of catfish!

Lake Fort Phantom has lots of good catfish. Thats gonna be my backup lake this year
