In the past 3 weeks I've been out twice from about 8am to noon. Zeroed one time, 2 keepers the next time. Water temps low 50's. However, I readily admit I like to fish shallow (rocks and docks)because I don't like fishing deep. Probably not smart this time of year, but it's fun for me.
In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

My partner fished yesterday and caught a 5 and 3 within the first hour then not another bite the rest of the day.
Just trying to remember to turn my lights off backing down the ramp!

My partner fished yesterday and caught a 5 and 3 within the first hour then not another bite the rest of the day. TTIWWP!

Went out this morning from 7-11 and caught 2. Nothing of substantial size but still something tugging on the line!

Hey, if your not in a tournament, then that is the excitement and what fishing is all about, isn't it? That 'tug on the line' is what makes fishing FUN!!! Good for you...
