If I may ask, but can ya tell me what the purpose of the other lure further up the line is?

All the fish ive seen caught hit the bottom lure, can you fill me in on this?

It's a tandem Rig. Allows you to use two different colors to figure out what they want. I caught them on bot top and bottom. Sometime you can even catch two at a time.
