Hello to all anglers!
I have recently moved to the frisco area and I am looking for some good ponds to fish that carry some Largemouth Bass. Frisco/Little Elm/380 by cross roads spots. If its worth the drive to catch some good fish I am willing to do it. If anyone can provide any good spots i would appreciate it.

Theres a pond right off 380/stonebridge in McKinney, big big pond, tons of bass in it and catfish, has 2-3lb redears as well.

Try the ponds off Fishtrap Road. They are right next to the Trinity that leads into the lake. They are on public property and you will have to park at the gate. Are usually only fish it in the spring and summer so I can't tell you any recent fishing reports but I have done very well there in the past. I've also heard that there's a fair amount of crappie to be caught

Providence Village also has a very large lake. You're supposed to be a resident so that's up to you if you want to fish it or not

You can find Public fishing in Frisco fairly easily. The 2 main places are at Warren Sports Complex and Frisco Commons. Be careful where you go in McKinney. Some of the locations listed above of HOA controlled and they tend to run people off. I've seen them even call the police on repeat offenders. Do you homework and check to see if it's private before you just start fishing.
