I really want to get out of the house this weekend. Forecast for Grand Prairie shows 20-30MPH SW wind on Saturday. Any suggestions on a lake where you can get out of the wind a little bit and maybe catch some fish?

I was thinking the same thing on that wind!

On texoma, do you have a suggestion on a close ramp to north dallas (Mckinney)that would offer some bass fishing opportunities on a short boat ride? Thanks!

Going out of highport gives you plenty of areas to fish that are protected from strong south winds. You might just stay and fish in the marina as its off limits to the college and BLT tournament guys.
