Caught some nice fish this weekend on Jigs, One small one about 2.5lbs, a 5#, a 4.5#, and a the biggest was 6-14. This cooler weather may have knocked them back now I'm afraid, I was in 9-12' of water, off the creek channel in the brush.

The weather was amazing last weekend, Sunday morning was breezy and colder, I figured it would be better since there was more chop on the water and cloudy but I didn't catch any on Sunday morning. You have to fish all day for 4-6 bites, but when they bite it makes it all worthwhile.

As I was driving home, I was trying to figure out when I can get back out there.... In a few weeks if the weather doesn't change drastically,(although the 10 day forecast looks cold after Saturday), I think it will get better and better.

Yes I was trying to get a full picture of it, sometimes that's hard when there is no one with you to take a picture. As soon as that one took the bait, it went into a bush and I only had 17# floro rigged on that one, it was tough getting it out. I had to take my time and work it out of the bush, it was worth it though, I thought for sure it was a 7#, but on my scales 6-14, close but no cigar... still a nice one for sure

Lol - You've got me confused with someone else... I get away all the time. It was Valentine's day on Saturday, right?

We had 8 bites with Greg West Sunday, heard Saturday was much better. There were some big bites Sunday, heard of at least a 12.5 and 9.
