Heading to Corpus this weekend. No boat, but looking for best places to try. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Red dot pier and Cosway pier have been red hot with the big black drums. Expect them to be busy, and as usual there is no guarantee but if u put in your time you will be rewarded. The piers are in very close proximity in case you are unfamiliar. Use shrimp, crab, sealice, fishbites on the bottom with about 2 ounces.

good luck - SE winds will be howling this weekend, 40 mph gusts predicted, good time to pier or wade fish

Bob Hall pier,Port Aransas Jetties, and the Copano Bay pier are the places I am familiar with. Be safe where ever you go. Cold front is on the way. Good chance for some rain. The wind is also going to be strong.
IGFA World Record Rio Grande Cichlid. Lake Dunlap. John 3:16 Sinner's Prayer. God forgive me a sinner. I accept Jesus Christ as my Savior !
