 Grapevine catfishing

Does anyone know any tips or tricks to catching catfish out at grapevine. Been bass fishing there for years and always try to catfish there but have only ever caught a few 12 inch channels. Would love to get out there and just catch some eaters, or have a chance at hooking a nice 15lbs+ blue. I usually use bluegill and shad combination of live and cut on rods.

I have always used TV dinner shrimp out there. It seems to work for me.
