Going to Toledo Bend second week of March. I've never fished there before. What guide do you recommend. And what should I expect re fishing conditions and methods.

I have never personally used him but Darold T Gleason on here always gets great reviews. Although I have never used Darold, he has always been willing to help me out if I ever had a question about the bend and his advice has put me on fish more times than not.
Fishing should be great on the bend all march and april but weather will be key!! Its not unusual to fish 75 one day and the next it will be 45. We are going last week of march and always find fish in the grass down south(Indian Mounds, 6-Mile, etc..) using finesse baits. You may also find some fish on beds that early down south as well.
Jared Latta will eventually chime in here as well and may have some other recommendations.

Lots of quality guides on Toledo, it comes down to what type of fishing you want to do and what area of the lake you are staying. It fishes like 3 lakes. Can't go wrong with Darold and its march so fishing will be good the entire length of the lake.
