I'm still looking to catch my first bass of 2015. Just wondering if anyone has been there and figured out a pattern in the last couple of days. TIA

I live a half mile from BB lake and quit fishing that mudhole 2 yrs ago. Good riddance.

Someone posted earlier about catching some. That lake is a great little lake and has some huge fish in it. I had my best tournament out there last may when we had 30 pounds and went out and did it again the next day fun fishing.. I went out Saturday but did more looking than fishing temps were 55-57 where I was at. It shouldn't be long before they really bite.

Yeah ... you can't really "fish" at Benbrook right now. You have to go hunting. I'm being successful trolling around and watching my Garmin. When I see bait fish in the screen in about 20 Ft, I'm dropping jigs, worms, slabs and even big spoons. If you find baitfish, Hybrids and LMs can't be far.

A little more temp and pre-spawn will improve the hunt.

Don't give up on Benbrook. A little effort will yield dividends.
