https://www.fishskinner.com/mobileI thought I'd share this with folks that might be having a little trouble filleting. I personally wouldn't use cause that thing looks dangerous to me. But some might be interested in it.

I would call that contraption a circumciser if'n you ain't careful
From Genesis: "And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the earth."
Then He made the earth round...and He laughed and laughed and laughed!

I saw it last year at ICAST. Looks pretty cool. I don't think it's as dangerous as it looks. The rib cage remover part seems pretty cool.

I've got a manual skinner like that. Had it for years, works great on panfish, haven't tried it on 'Eyes. And, yes, it looks safer than this electric meat monster!

I don't get it. Those fillets looked to have been scaled. Why not cut the rib cage out, bread and fry. If I'm gonna scale a fish, I'll probably gut it and fry it whole. That's how I used to eat fish anyway. I some some people who like none filleted fish.

I'm faster than that with an electric knife.....you still gotta fillet the fish before you use the skinner.....

If it was 20$ I'd try it. For $150 they can keep it. Those extra 5 seconds that it takes me to get the skin off and let my partner remove the rib cage ain't that valuable to me. Heck, if we got too fast that wouldn't allow us enough time to drink a few cold ones.
