I've been pre-fishing Lewisville for the high school tournament coming up, fished the dam, sneaky Pete's, and the other marina near the colony with no luck. Anybody else been catching anything on Lewisville?

Lewisville has been really tough this past year. Try watermelon candy worms near the dam and around the bridge pillers of the Lewisville toll bridge. Texas rig them and fish them SLOW. Good luck.

When all else fails, make another cast.

The last month ive been catchin a few bass on 6lb test and crappie jigs. Last weekend I lost about a 6lber at the top of the water on Eagle Mountain. Some lakes will make u go extremely finesse and small baits. Fish were in about 14-15 ft of water and I believe the bass were there Bc of the plenty of baitfish and crappie for them to snack on..

Find some concrete or rocks and you will find fish on Lewisville. Also take a DD22 and cast parallel to the tire reefs.
