It breaks my heart to write this.
Tonight at 11:06 my uncle and best friend passed away.
This great man started my love of the outdoors.
He passed quietly with his family around him.
He’s in a better place now with no pain in his body.
Norb,
Just wanted to say Thanks for all the great times we had.
I know the waters calm and the fish are always biting, and the roosters are cackling where your at.
save a spot in the boat for me when I get there someday.

Sorry for your loss, I know from personal experience you will miss him. But when I had this same experience I felt charged to make a difference in someone else's life like my uncle made in mine and now I have formed 2-3 life long friendships from my bad experience. I only hope the same for you.
