The Guadalupe River Chapter of Trout Unlimited (aka "The Texas Chapter") will hold its 8th annual Troutfest on the Guadalupe at Sattler February 20-22. Featured speakers and guests include Frank Smethurst, Wanda Taylor, Pat Dorsey and Kelly Galloup. There's a fund raising banquet and auction Friday evening, followed by two days of classes, exhibitions and fun. There's a charge for the banquet, but the Saturday and Sunday sessions are free. Saturday evening they will have the Fly Fishing Film Tour 2015 at 7pm. Gruene Outfitters is hosting a pre-party with Upslope Brewery with drinks, pizza, and live music. Pretty good deal for $15! Any question contact Banning@ClassV.net
