The fishing for beast striper has been unreal. On some days bites are few and far but that next cast could be the ONE. While the bite changes day to day i have to say i've never seen so many fish over 15-20 pounds. Last couple weeks it seems we get on average 2-25 fish a trip with around 15 a daily average but all are big and full of [censored] and vinegar "see Carey's vid from yesterday...priceless" DO NOT attempt to use less than 17-20 pound test, lots of lines getting snapped here some of that eye candy on maddi mays new junior lake record funny thing is she broke it twice in one day 18.9 jimmy got 28.6 pound stripers are ruthless... no holding these out to far you need support,elbows bent and straining... Been throwing bucktails,roadrunners,flukes from moe's and deadsticking moes stuff and depending on which day which way what produces only thing to do is try it all Lake Texoma Striper Guide Chris Carey
