Anyone fish LBJ recently. Going down this weekend. Never seen it before. Just general info would be great. Water temp, typical cover. Not alot of info to be found yet. Just want to know what I am looking at when I go.
Thanks

Is it easy to run? Any hazards to look for? I heard there was a power plant, does it run?

no running power plant...fishing been very tough out there lately...the hazards are clearly marked...near the rv camp there is a very shallow area with large rocks...stay away from this

Was there on Sunday. Low 50's was the water I found mid lake. As has been mentioned it has been pretty tough fishing. Several boats at the ramp when I was leaving and everyone had a slow day. This warm up the next few days should help. Have fun.

Water temp today at 0800ish was 50.4, I left at 1200 and temp was up to 52ish. Bite well, there was none. Tried squarebill, med diver, jig, and crig. Good luck!

We were there Saturday, only my second time on the lake. Started at the hot water discharge and didn't get a bite or marked any fish. Hit some main lake points (with rock) and started marking fish. Tried crank baits, T-rig worms but no luck so we tried a drop shot and picked up 4 decent fish. Water temp was in the low 50's
