Any recommendations for nice clean motel, maybe bay view-- wife type --non--fishing..

We have stayed at the Lighthouse Inn in Rockport several times. Very nice and convenient.

is it the hampton inn that's behind the citgo on 361? we've stayed there a couple times, it's pretty new and very clean. turn right to go to the beach, turn left and you're in down town port aransas.

on a side note...glad I checked spelling. Autocorrect changed Tarpon to Tampon!

This is a nice place you will like! For Her,and you..great for kids....Walking distance straight to beach..Walking distance to shopping..and restaurants..good pizza,pasta ,salads across the street.. They have nice large rooms..nice furnishing..not run down..very clean..nice kitchenettes..private pools.nice laundry rooms ..outside grills.
