Headed east (and I mean WAY east) next week to see if I can find some winter slabs...I am bringing my plastics of course, but added a few hand ties to my arsenal the past month. I am still fairly new at tying my own, but these might just catch a few----(labeled a few so I would remember what size they were...LOL)

If you see a tall, bald man with a goatee....carrying 8 rods (only use one at a time, but hate changing baits in the cold weather) with an extremely large assortment of jigs don't be afraid to say HI. I enjoy meeting some fellow TFFers when I finally get out of Lubbock. I hope to see some of you out there and good fishin' everyone!

Chris

I figured you would be carrying more than just eight rods smile. Call me if you get out this way and you have any problems, Chris.

Lane, I've got your number and I know where to find you!! I hope to be seeing you in a few months with the boys. I am working on downsizing my rod collections for these trips, so 8 seemed like a good number this time....but you should see the looks I get when I show up at the docks...it's ok folks, nothing to see here smile

And Ketchn, you can sure borrow a jig or 90 if we cross paths....but I think you might just be more elusive than those crappie fish you are chasing...lol
