Myself and Mike "USMC_GY" hit the Guadalupe River at daybreak and got us a limit of Rainbow Trout. The bite was good and we were the only two anglers fishing at that spot. Super Duper lures and Berkley cheese colored baits were used. The trout were full of fight and we had several doing their jumps out of the water as they were being reeled in. The weather was overcast with a slight drizzle. After some great trout action we headed to Granny D's and had a fantastic pancake/biscuits sausage&gravy breakfast! Some Monday morning trout action and breakfast at Granny D's. It just don't get any better!

Thanks "Gitter" for the reply. It has been a GREAT trout season. Last Trail Race stocking will be tomorrow. Last Blanco Stocking will be next Thursday. Time flies when you are having fun.
