2014 Club Championship is set for November 22 on Lake O' the Pines at Johnson Creek Park.

If anyone is interested in joining, now's the time. The first tournament of the 2015 season is Sunday November 23rd at the same location. Just be at the ramp between 5 and 6 to sign up.
Membership is $35 per year and $30 entry for each tournament. We have a short meeting after weigh in to schedule the next 2-3 tournaments and discuss club business.
Don Hampton is the Tournament Director, you can reach him at 903-360-6994 or you can call me at 903-348-4834
There is some info at www.texastrailsbassmasters.com
This is my first year in the club so I don't know everything about it yet but there are some good guys in it and they fish lakes within 1-1.5 hr. from the Lake Fork area. Most of the tournaments are on Saturdays except for the weekends of the 2 open tournaments that the club puts on at Fork and the championship weekend in November.
Come on out and fish with us this season!

Sounds good. I will be in a white F150 Limited with a red and white BassCat Cougar.
I sure hope I can do better that I did on Fork today!

We caught big numbers at the Pines for our season opener. The results are at www.Texastrailsbassmasters.com
We had 3 new members sign up and have a couple more scheduled to sign up at our next event.
With the dropping of the 2 lowest tournament scores of the season, there's still time to sign up and be in contention for the top 6 or AOY fot the 2015 season.
We are fishing Welsh on Dec. 3rd
And Monticello on Jan. 10th.
We have a shotgun start at 6am so just get to the ramp a little early to sign up.
Your not going to get rich fishing with this club but you will meet a bunch of nice guys and girls and fish lots of lakes around northeast Texas.

Had 10 members show to fish Welsh this past Saturday.
After a fire at the plant on Friday night that had all stacks shut down and a cold front with winds 10-15 out of the N NE, catching fish over the 18" minimum was tough for most.
Results will be posted on the web site soon.

The season is still young and with dropping the 2 lowest tournaments for the AOY and Top 6 race, this is still a good time to join up.
We will be at Monticello next month and would love to see some more new members.
6:00 am start Monticello, January 10, 2015

To the Top!

Getting ready for Monticello on the 10th. Its been fishing tough with the shutdown but I hear they are going to be back online soon, lets all hope so.
We welcomed new members Lance and Rodney and would love to see some more join us this month.
Although our 2015 season started November, we drop the two lowest tournaments so you could still be in competition for the top6.

It's solo. Meetings are held after each tournament for club business and we will vote at February tournament for March and April lakes and dates the schedule is voted on for 2 months at a time every other tournament.

I just joined this club in November really good group of people.
