Where can you buy one of these annual passes for Corps boat ramps?

I would imagine at Jackson Hill Marina. That said, you do have to be careful, because you have ramps that are maintained by the National Forest, ramps that are county ramps, private ramps, and Corps ramps.
They are not reciprocal. When that little service station by Cassel Boykins was in business, you could buy them there, but I have never checked at the convenience store across the road.

Last time I bought one at the entrance to Mill Creel Park at the booth where you pay to launch/camp.

I buy the annual pass for the forest service boat ramps at the district office in new waverly. I found out last year that this pass is not good at some of the ramps at rayburn anymore

I would try the U S Forest Service office in Zavalla. If not, maybe the at Corps of Engineer office at the dam.

You can get one at any corp park. Twin dikes, Rayburn park, san Augustine park, mill creek park. They DO NOT work at county parks like Cassel boykins and a few others.

You can buy one at Twin Dikes + 1 this were I get them from 30 bucks.
