it has been a cold, wet, nasty week... have to hit the water tomorrow...will chase the birds if they are working for strippers,, drift the shallows out to 40f.o.w. for some cats if birds are not working (I have plenty of bait),, and might run over to Alberta creek and try some crappie on minnows... not a big fan of the cold, so will be at the "dam" ramp at 9 or
10 a.m. have a canopy on the boat, so a little rain will not kill us.. hit me up, have a open boat and need a fishing partner

Platter ramp is fine,, one of the deeper ramps on Oklahoma side.. can still dock your boat after unloading

I would jump at the chance to fish Texoma, even though I live 200 miles south!

Lets do it,, plan for a 2-3 day fishing trip...gas is cheap now, so that would help offset the cost of motel room... early spring is my favorite time of year.. but I try and fish any day the weather is above 40.. I am not a pro or guide, just love to fish, meet new people, and have fun on the big pond
