Heading to pines in the morning and was wondering if there was somewhere on the way to buy shiners. Probably put in at the dam. Thanks

Gas station next to Lake O' Pines Lodge has em too. Good people and right next to the Johnson creek ramp.

It use to be a store on Hwy 49 and 729 I dont know if its still open tho

not exactly sure where you're launching East Tx Man but Brushy Landing there in Jefferson off of FM 726 near the spillway has shiners (they have small, medium and rosy reds)... The phone# there is (903)777-0115. They have some pretty good food there in the attached restaurant also...hope this helps
