Hey guys I don't want to pick a scab open here but considering buying a boat from Cabelas however I seem to remember a thread about some service or lack thereof from them. I can't remember specifically what it was but I think it was a warranty issue. Can anyone point me to that thread or at least give me the 30,000 foot view?

I bought a new Ranger in January from Cabela's. My experience has been positive with the sales and maintenance staff. Andrew from sales was good to me and Glen has been very helpful answering maintenance questions. I came back and had them install new Lowrance graph's with structure scan and network them together with no issues. The boat has run perfectly and I am satisfied with the purchase.

I believe the thread was deleted. Long story short: he bought an expensive Ranger and was very unhappy with how Cabelas treated him. I'm sure if you PM him, you could get the details. His username was "bigolesack" if I remember right.
