I have 3 of the 7.2:1, 2 of the 6.3:1 and 1 of the 5.5:1 and have had zero issues with them. They are the bset curado ive ever fished. Only advice is to clean the factory grease out of the bearings as they are loaded with it.

I have a 7.2:1 and a Scorpion 6.3:1 They are awesome reels! Yes, flush the bearings and put a small drop of light oil such as rem oil(thinnest), ardent(med), or hot sauce. Also coat the brake drum with a film of oil to prevent noise.
