 Problems with 2006 Mercury 150 HP Optimax

I own a 2006 Mercury Optimax. It's only been used once this year. I went to get it going today, and its' not starting. I had it running hooked up to a hose about 2 weeks ago. It acts like it wants to turn over, but won't quite go. Any advice? I'm confident the battery and the connection to the battery is good. I primed the fuel line with the bulb. Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated. Has been stored full
