I was on vacation last week to fish unfortunately it didn't work out due to mother nature. I won't be fishing for a while since work will be backed up when I'm back. I will miss the feeling of the crappie thumps, the drag pulled of a hybrid, and the sandie feeding.... overall I will miss the opportunity to be on the lake. But I will be checking on the TFF now and then. Your keep those reports coming since I will be lonely at work. Gotta to pay the bills first...

I went out to Lewisville this morning, cold and misting but it was not too bad. Caught lots of undersized hybrids again. Water temp at 54-55F and the fish are starting to hit the flukes. Didn't see any birds but visibility was really low. Hope you get to fish soon brother.

You will be back out there feeling the thumps before you know it! The fishing fever will set in and you will find some time to "wet a hook"! Always enjoy your post and looking forward to more.

Sorry to hear the weather didn't cooperate, Guy. I can only fish twice a month due to work, coaching, blah blah. And the weather not helping.
